PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
This page explains how 先睿國際有限公司 handles personal data submitted through the PRESIRE website, following the disclosure requirements of Article 8 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act. This version takes effect on 10 September 2026.
Legal basis
What this policy is based on
This policy follows Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and its enforcement rules. The disclosures below cover the items required by Article 8: the collecting party, the purpose of collection, the categories of personal data, the period, region, recipients and methods of use, the rights of the data subject, and the consequences of not providing data. It is written from the website's actual form fields and data flow rather than from a generic template.
Data controller
Who is responsible for your data
- Controller: 先睿國際有限公司, trading publicly as PRESIRE
- Business registration number: 25037399
- Business address: No. 10, Liren St., Fengshan Dist., Kaohsiung City, Taiwan
- Telephone: 07-7901071
Purposes and categories
What we collect and why
- Purposes: responding to enquiries, assessing potential work, related follow-up, abuse prevention and website security
- Identity and contact data: name, email, company or organization, job title, country or region, preferred language and contact method
- Enquiry data: enquiry type, product or service interest, estimated timeline, project description and optional budget range
- Technical and source data: page path, interface locale, UTM parameters, consent record and notification status
- Abuse-prevention data: the submitting IP address is sent to Cloudflare Turnstile for verification; rate limiting stores only a truncated hash, not the raw IP address
Use of data
Duration, location, recipients and methods
- Duration: enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted two years after the last contact; where an engagement follows, data is retained as required for contract performance and by tax and accounting law
- You may request earlier deletion at any time, and we will comply unless a legal or contractual retention duty applies
- Location: used by authorized personnel in Taiwan. Hosting and database services are provided by international cloud providers, so processing or storage may occur in the regions where they operate
- Under Article 21 of the Personal Data Protection Act, such international transfer is permitted unless the competent authority has imposed a specific restriction
- Recipients: necessary authorized PRESIRE personnel and the processors listed below. Under their published data processing terms, processors may handle the data only on our instructions and for the purposes described on this page
- Methods: automated or manual storage, retrieval, classification, notification, response and assessment of potential work
- We do not sell form data or provide it to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing
Processors
Services that may process data
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, Turnstile verification and rate limiting
- Supabase: access-controlled enquiry storage; database administrative credentials are never exposed to the browser
- n8n: internal notification after an enquiry has been stored; a notification failure does not delete the original enquiry
- Google Analytics (GA4): enabled to measure page views and anonymous events such as enquiry submissions; advertising features and Google signals are off, and analytics data is never matched against enquiry-form personal data. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland receive no analytics cookies by default. You can block cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
Your rights
Requests you may make
- Ask whether we hold your personal data and request access
- Request a copy of your personal data
- Ask us to supplement or correct your personal data
- Ask us to stop collecting, processing or using your personal data
- Ask us to delete your personal data, subject to legal or contractual retention duties
Your choice
What happens if you do not provide data
You may choose not to provide data. Without your name, a valid email address, an enquiry type, enough project description for us to understand the request, and your consent, we cannot receive or answer the enquiry through the form. Other fields are optional; omitting them may reduce the completeness of our initial assessment.
Security
How we protect data
Form data is validated again on the server before storage. The database uses row-level security and least-privilege access, and the browser cannot read or write enquiry records directly. Human verification, hashed rate limiting and security headers reduce abuse risk, although no transmission or storage method can be absolutely secure.
Policy updates
How this policy may change
We will update this page and its revision date if data fields, purposes, processors or analytics materially change. Where the law requires fresh consent, we will request it before the new processing begins.
Data enquiries
To exercise these rights or ask about our handling of personal data, use the contact page or call 07-7901071. We may request reasonable information to verify identity and avoid disclosing data to the wrong person.
